Five Steps to Finding Your New Home
  • Discovering Your Needs: Call my office and setup an appointment to discuss your housing needs. These early conversations set the tone for the whole process.
  • Financing Your Home: Visit lenders who can help determine how much you can afford. Call and ask us for referrals to lenders we work with everyday.
  • Searching For Your New Home: Now the fun begins! We will work together to find the right home for you. This is a team effort - you should be watching for signs or ads which may point to the perfect spot.
  • Making it Official: Together we prepare the contract for the purchase of your new home. This may involve some negotiation, so we will be in close communication.
  • Closing On Your Home: When you arrive at this point, we will set a closing time and place together. We will be here to walk you through this step.
