Judy Welsh has been a resident of the valley for over 35 years.  Her real estate career has given her great knowledge and experience to help the SEE R TEAM in many aspects.  Her VA State real estate license allows her to assist the team leader, Kathie, with sales, pricing, negotiating, and coordinating closing.  Judy works closely with Kathie on updating listings according to the market values and calls all sellers to give them weekly reports of all activity.  Judy is also available to assistant buyers when they call in or stop by while other agents are out giving all of our clients’ full coverage.

Robin McKnight has recently moved to the valley but she comes with great connections and experience which makes you feel like she has been a part of your family and that you are happy to have her help you with your real estate search.  As a buyer agent, she, along with Kathie, are available not only during the day but on the weekends and evenings.  With this type of service, all of our clients can easily schedule showings (which is always at their convenience).

Faye Herndon has been a resident of the valley for over 20 years.  Her knowledge and skills in marketing provide all our clients with presence on the internet through several multiple listing systems, advertising through HomeVoice, television, brochures, print and circulation in our expansive database.  She is a full time assistant to allow clients to update their search criteria and marketing plan.  By being available full time during the business week this allows all other offices, buyers and sellers to obtain full information on all listings and developments.
